Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Processing Times:

• Ink, Film, Adhesive: Orders placed by 12:01 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the same day.
• Complete Printers and Kits: These items will be shipped within 1-5 business days. For current processing times, please contact us via email.

Please note that these are general guidelines, and we will notify you if there are any delays beyond the usual processing times.

All printers will be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card.

Shipping Service:

We typically utilize the selected shipping service unless an equivalent option is available. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from Aleron Digital Printing System. Once the package is handed off to the delivery company, we are not accountable for any shipping delays. Please consider potential shipping delays when planning your order.

International Orders:

International shipments may require an additional 5 business days for processing and shipping. Customers are responsible for any taxes and tariffs imposed when importing into their country.
